2-3 Chicken Legs

2 Cloves of Garlic

1 Green Onion

3 Slices of Ginger

Place the chicken in the pot with cold water along with green onion stems and ginger slices.

Once the water hits boiling point, close the lid and turn off the fire. Then, let the pot sit on the stove for 30 minutes.
Transfer the chicken in ice water to cool down
Once the chicken is cool to the touch, take it out of the bowl. With a small knife, debone and slice the meat.

Mix all the seasonings into a bowl and pour it on the chicken.
Serve with rice
